Abisola Oluwaseun Olayinka
Abisola is a brilliant and result-oriented legal practitioner with interest in corporate law and commercial litigation.
She is a vital member of the firm’s corporate department. She provides legal advisory services on diverse areas of Nigerian law, including company formations and restructuring, regulatory compliance, labour and employment, company secretarial and taxation.
She is currently on the track of becoming a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and enjoys advising Clients on corporate law matters.
She also doubles as a member of the firm’s dispute resolution team.
