ABDU-SALAAM ABBAS AND CO. was established by the Late Abdu-Salaam Abbas in 1985 with the vision of being a one-stop centre in providing value-added and cutting-edge legal services to its clients. The firm provides a wide range of legal services to its local and international clients which include public and private companies, government agencies, local and foreign investors, individuals and financial institutions. The firm has a dispute resolution oriented practice and it has a track record of providing quality legal representation and advice to its clients in respect of their commercial transactions or dispute resolution matters.
Our mission is to add value to our clients and achieve their goals through a commitment to excellence, integrity, professionalism and diligence. The Firm has five legal practitioners and five support staff with offices in Lagos State, Osun State and a liaison office in Abuja. Abdu-Salaam Abbas and Co. has, since its inception, focused on certain niche areas, primarily commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, debt recovery, family law, employment-related matters, company secretarial services, property law, criminal law and data privacy protection. Our experience in these areas has enabled us to develop a wide range of legal skills and in-depth expertise required to advise our clients on these areas.
